The axis of the spindle for horizontal machining is parallel to the surface of the worktable. Most of its worktables are CNC turntables controlled by servo motors. Numerical control equipment is required to avoid use in humid, dust and corrosive gas places;2. In order to avoid large power fluctuations (greater than ±10%) and the possible influence of instantaneous interference signals, numerical control equipment generally adopts a dedicated power supply (from the low-voltage power distribution room, used by the numerical control machine tool alone), and adds a voltage stabilizing device. , Can reduce the influence of power quality and electrical interference.3. The working temperature of the equipment should be controlled between 15 and 35 degrees. The processing temperature should be controlled at about 20 degrees, and temperature fluctuations should be strictly controlled.4. Avoid direct sunlight and other heat radiation. The numerical control equipment should be far away from equipment with high vibration, such as punching machines and forging equipment.Machining accuracy maintenance:1. After starting, preheat for about 10 minutes before processing. Machines that have not been used for a long time should be warmed up for a longer time.2. Check whether the oil flow is smooth;3. Before turning off the machine, place the workbench and saddle in the middle of the machine (move the three-axis stroke to the middle position of each axis).4. Keep the machine dry and clean.Daily maintenance:1. Clean the dust and iron filings of the machine tool every day: including the machine control panel, spindle taper hole, tool holder, tool head and taper handle, tool magazine arm, tool magazine and tool holder; XY axis sheet metal guard, machine hose , Tank chain device, chip groove, etc.2. Check the oil level to ensure that the machine is lubricated.3. Check whether the coolant in the coolant tank is sufficient and insufficient to add in time;4. Clean the arms and knives of the tool magazine, especially the claws;7. Check whether all signal lights and different warning lights are normal;8. Keep the environment around the machine clean and tidy.Weekly maintenance:Clean the air filter, cooling pump and lubricating oil pump filter of the heat exchanger;2. Check whether the tool bolts are loose and the handle is clean;3. Check whether the origin of the three-axis machine is offset;4. Check whether the tool changer arm of the tool magazine or the cutter head of the tool magazine rotates smoothly.5. Prevent dust and dirt from entering the CNC equipment. There are usually oil mist, dust and even metal powder in the air in the processing workshop. Once they fall on the circuit board or the electronic components in the numerical control system, it is easy to cause the insulation resistance between the components to drop, and even cause damage to the components and the circuit board.6. Clean the impurities and moisture in the compressed gas, check the amount of oil in the oil mist separator, check whether all solenoid valves are working properly, and check the air tightness of the pneumatic system, because the quality of the pneumatic system directly affects the tool change and lubrication system;7. If there is an oil cooler, check the oil cooling oil, if it is lower than the scale line, please add the cooling oil in time.Monthly maintenance:1. Detect the lubrication of the shaft and rail, and ensure that the rail surface is well lubricated;2. Check whether the signs and warning nameplates on the machine are clear and exist;3. Check whether the oil in the oil cup of the knife cylinder is sufficient and insufficient to add in time;4. Check and clean CNC hardware processing limit switches and buffers.
